Terms of Service

By accessing or using Hueleon ("we", "our", or "the Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, please do not use the Service.

You must be at least 13 years old to use Hueleon. If you are under the age of majority in your jurisdiction, you may use the Service only with the involvement and consent of a parent or guardian. By using Hueleon, you confirm that you meet these requirements.

You sign in using Google Sign-In and are responsible for maintaining the security of your account. You agree to provide accurate information and to notify us of any unauthorised use. You are responsible for all activity that occurs under your account.

You retain ownership of the photos and wardrobe images you upload ("Your Content"). By uploading, you grant Hueleon a limited, non-exclusive licence to store and process Your Content solely to provide the Service to you — including generating virtual try-on results and AI styling recommendations.

You confirm that you have the right to upload any photo you provide, and that uploading it does not violate the rights of any other person. Do not upload photos of other people without their consent.

You agree not to:

• Use the Service for any unlawful, harmful, or fraudulent purpose.
• Upload content that is illegal, obscene, or infringes the rights of others.
• Attempt to generate explicit, deceptive, or non-consensual imagery of any person.
• Reverse-engineer, scrape, or overload the Service or its APIs.
• Resell or commercially exploit the Service without our written permission.

Virtual try-on images and AI styling suggestions are generated by automated models and are approximations for illustrative purposes only. They may not accurately reflect real-world fit, colour, size, fabric, or appearance. Hueleon does not guarantee the accuracy of any AI-generated output, and such outputs should not be your sole basis for a purchase decision.

Hueleon may display products from third-party retailers and may include affiliate links (including via CueLinks). If you purchase through these links, we may earn a commission at no additional cost to you. We do not sell products directly. Prices, availability, descriptions, and fulfilment are controlled by the third-party retailer, and any purchase is a transaction solely between you and that retailer. We are not responsible for third-party products, websites, or transactions.

The Hueleon name, logo, design, software, and content (excluding Your Content) are owned by Hueleon and protected by intellectual-property laws. You may not use our branding without prior written permission.

The Service relies on third-party providers (such as Google Sign-In, Cloudflare, OpenAI, Anthropic, and Replicate) as described in our Privacy Policy. Your use of the Service is also subject to those providers' terms where applicable.

The Service is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including fitness for a particular purpose. We do not warrant that the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or secure.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Hueleon shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages, or for any loss arising from your use of (or inability to use) the Service, including reliance on AI-generated outputs or third-party purchases.

You may stop using the Service and delete your account at any time. We may suspend or terminate access if you violate these Terms or use the Service in a way that could harm Hueleon or other users.

We may update these Terms from time to time. We will notify you of significant changes via email or a notice on the platform. Your continued use of Hueleon after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
