Privacy Policy

Hueleon ("we", "our", or "the Service") is an AI-powered personal styling platform that helps you organise your wardrobe, receive outfit recommendations, and virtually try on clothes. We are committed to protecting your privacy and handling your personal data responsibly.

We collect the following categories of data:

• Account information: Your name, email address, and profile picture provided via Google Sign-In.
• Profile photo: A photo of you that you voluntarily upload. This is used solely to generate AI try-on results and analyse your body shape and skin tone for personalised styling.
• Wardrobe items: Images and metadata of clothing items you upload to your digital closet.
• Style preferences: Style DNA settings, occasion preferences, and any feedback you provide to our AI stylist.
• Usage data: Pages visited, features used, and interaction patterns — collected anonymously to improve the service.
• Chat history: Conversations with our AI stylist, retained to personalise future recommendations.

Your profile photo is used exclusively for the following purposes:

• Generating virtual try-on images that show how garments look on your body.
• AI analysis of skin tone, body shape, and fit — to personalise styling recommendations.

Your photo is never shared with third parties, used for advertising, or made publicly visible. It is stored securely in encrypted cloud storage (Cloudflare R2) and is accessible only to you.

All data is stored on Cloudflare's global infrastructure (D1 database and R2 object storage). Images are stored in private, access-controlled buckets. Database records are encrypted at rest. We retain your data for as long as your account is active. You may delete your account and all associated data at any time by contacting us.

To power our AI features, we share limited data with the following services:

• Replicate: Your profile photo and a clothing image are sent to Replicate's API to generate virtual try-on results. Replicate processes these images and does not retain them beyond the duration of the API call, per their data processing agreement.
• Google Gemini / OpenAI / Anthropic: Wardrobe metadata and style preferences (not your photo) are sent to these services to generate outfit suggestions and styling advice.
• Google Sign-In: Used for authentication. We receive only your name, email, and Google profile picture.

You have the right to:

• Access all personal data we hold about you.
• Delete your profile photo, wardrobe items, or entire account at any time.
• Correct any inaccurate personal information.
• Withdraw consent for photo processing at any time (this will disable try-on and AI styling features).
• Data portability — request an export of your data.

We use browser local storage to maintain your session and remember your preferences (such as consent decisions and UI state). We do not use tracking cookies or third-party advertising cookies.

Hueleon is not directed at children under 13. We do not knowingly collect personal data from children. If you believe a child has provided us with personal data, please contact us and we will delete it promptly.

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. We will notify you of significant changes via email or a prominent notice on the platform. Your continued use of Hueleon after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated policy.
