Privacy & Your Data
Do you sell my personal information?
No. We do not sell, rent, or trade your personal data, photos, or wardrobe information to anyone — not for advertising, not for marketing lists, not ever. The only sharing we do is with the specific service providers listed below, and only what's needed to run the feature you're using.
What data does Hueleon collect?
- Account info — name, email, and profile picture from Google Sign-In.
- A profile photo you choose to upload, for try-on and style analysis.
- Your wardrobe images and item details.
- Style preferences and Style DNA settings.
- Anonymous usage data (pages visited, features used).
- City-level location from your IP address — never precise GPS.
- Your chat history with the AI stylist, to personalise future advice.
Why do you need my photo, and is it safe?
Your photo is used only to generate virtual try-on images and to analyse skin tone and body shape for styling. It's never shared with third parties for advertising and never made publicly visible. It's stored in encrypted, private cloud storage that only you can access.
Which third parties do you share data with?
- An AI image-generation provider — your photo and a garment image, to generate try-on results. Not retained beyond the request.
- AI language model providers — wardrobe metadata and preferences (never your photo), to generate outfit suggestions.
- Google Sign-In — used only for authentication.
- Open-Meteo — rounded coordinates (~11 km) for weather-aware suggestions; no name, email, or account ID sent.
- Our infrastructure provider — for hosting, database, and storage.
Do you use tracking cookies?
No. We use browser local storage to keep you signed in and remember preferences. We don't use tracking cookies or third-party advertising cookies.
Can I delete my data?
Yes, any time, from your account page. Deleting your account permanently removes your wardrobe, chat history, style profile, and all uploaded images — this cannot be undone. You can also request access, correction, or export of your data by writing to support@hueleon.com.
Is Hueleon suitable for children?
Hueleon is intended for users aged 15 and older. We do not knowingly collect data from children under 15.
Using Hueleon
How accurate are the virtual try-on images and AI styling advice?
They're AI-generated approximations meant to give you a feel for fit and colour, not exact representations. Real-world fit, fabric, and colour may differ, so we'd suggest not treating them as the sole basis for a purchase.
